Your privacy matters to us
- You do not need to share any personal information to visit the site.
- What you write in the appointment form is used only to plan your appointment; it is sent to the physician by email and stored with restricted access in the site’s admin panel.
- The psychological tests run entirely in your browser; your answers and results are not sent to us or to third parties, and are not stored.
- Which test you take, your results and any health information you write in the form are never shared with analytics or advertising services.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store in your browser. The browser’s local storage (localStorage) may be used for similar purposes. In this policy, “cookies” refers to both.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work; no consent is needed.
- akv_consent (local storage): remembers your cookie choice, until you delete it.
- pll_language: remembers your language (Turkish / English), 1 year.
- akv_rnd_ok (session storage): prevents an appointment request being counted twice; deleted when the tab is closed.
- Session cookies used only by site administrators (wordpress_*).

Through Google Analytics 4, these let us measure in aggregate how the site is used (which pages are visited, visit duration, device type and so on). Examples: _ga, _ga_* (up to 2 years).
Advertising cookies (with your consent)
These let us measure whether our Google Ads campaigns work (for example, whether a visitor who came from an ad requested an appointment). Examples: _gcl_au, _gcl_aw (around 90 days). No personalised advertising or remarketing lists based on your health are created.
Google Consent Mode
The site uses Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode v2. Unless you give consent, no analytics or advertising cookies are set; only cookieless, anonymous signals may be sent to Google. If you choose “Accept”, these cookies are enabled.
Third-party services
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.): measurement and ad performance, with your consent.
- Google Fonts: loading the site’s typefaces; your IP address is sent to Google’s servers in the process.
- Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Maps: these appear on the site only as links; they come into play when you click them and are subject to their own privacy policies.
How to change your preferences
On your first visit you can choose “Accept” or “Decline” in the banner. You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link at the very bottom of the page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings; if you do, the preference banner will appear again because the necessary cookies have been deleted.
